There’s something about this car’s look that makes me want to eat chocolate pudding really slowly. I just find it super sexy. The lines, the proportions, the bumps and those seductive eyes. Yummay!

What we’re creaming over is Alfa Romeo’s 8C Competizione car. It’ll supposedly mark their return to the US market. It’ll be roaring around with 4.2 liter V8 from Maserati.

Just finished watching Forbidden Planet, a sci-fi futuristic movie from 1956. It came highly recommend to me by a man who I will just call John “a shot not counted against the score, permitted in unofficial play to a player whose previous shot was poor”.

I have to admit that it is one of the better sci-fi movies I’ve ever seen. Considering it was made in the 50’s, the special effects and the imaginative-ness (is that a word?) of what the future could be like and selling it on screen without looking cheap was amazing.

I think even the early Star Trek episodes made more than a decade later weren’t as sophisticated.

Three good reasons to watch the movie :

1. Leslie Nielsen without white hair in a serious role looking like a handsome lead actor. WTF! But he pulled it off, and he didn’t need to make any fart noises to do it either.

2. The absolute hottie, Anne Francis. Man she’s beautiful in the movie. And she’s wearing short ass dresses the whole time. With her, I certainly wouldn’t mind going where likely many men have gone before.



3. And lastly, Robby the mother fucking Robot. And yes, he has his own IMDB page. Why? Because he is real. He cost $125,000 to build back in the 50’s. And he’s made appearances on all kinds of shows like Wonder Woman, The Addam’s Family, Lost in Space, Columbo, Mork and Mindy and a bunch more. He’s the robot whore of Hollywood.

Now get your kiester off that chair/couch/bed/cock and go buy/rent/steal this movie. And if you enjoy the movie so much that you just have to have your very own Robby the Robot, I can help you there too. The nice folks at Hammacher Schlemmer (a household name you can trust) are selling a special edition, life-size, fully animatronic remote-controlled version of Robby, the robot from the classic 1956 film Forbidden Planet. Today I read about a real and fake facial hair trends (for men) in Japan.

Apparently because salary men (men working in most big companies) are forced to shave facial hair, it’s become cool for younger boys, and retired men to grow facial. The older men with facial hair are choiwaru oyaji , or Cool old Men.

Sweet! Imagine how cool they’ll think I am once they see what kind of hair power I’m packin.

Not exactly sure how this could happen, since the civic on the bottom doesn’t have a caved in cabin so the corolla didn’t get dropped on it. It does however have some smashes on the front end, implying the toyota just backed right up on top of it. But is that even possible?

I wonder if this happened because the toyota found out the honda was packin a penis.

I have found 2 new items to add to my travel kit.

VW of America (you rat fucks!) has decided not to bring the beautiful new Scirocco to the US. They say it’ll cannibalize sales of the GTI. Which it could, unless they adjust equipment and put it in a slightly different price bracket.

If Ford and Mercury can sell the same cars with different badges, and if Chevy and Pontiac can, then I’m sure VW can figure out something. What a shame to not bring this beauty across the pond (I hate that phrase).

These might just be pictures of the prototype, but still it’s a beaut.
